The Lodi Academy family exists to show children Jesus, nurture their love for Him and others, teach them to think, and empower them to serve.

Our Philosophy 
Lodi Academy is operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church to provide a spiritually oriented education for children. A belief in the existence of the Creator God is fundamental in the philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist schools. We respect His divine authority and recognize His intervention in human affairs. We believe that true education develops the spiritual, mental, and physical powers of each student; preparing them for the joy of service in this life and for the higher joy of service in the life to come. Accreditation
Lodi Academy is accredited by the Western Association of Schools  and the Seventh-day Adventist Board of Regents and is recognized by the University of California as an approved college preparatory secondary school. Since the time of its opening, Lodi Academy has provided the tools for thousands of students to pursue their educational and career goals.

History of Lodi Academy
Lodi Academy is a co-education day school operated under the jurisdiction of the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. It is situated on a 40-acre tract on the southeast corner of the city limits of Lodi, just off of Highway 99.Lodi Academy first opened its doors as a boarding school in 1908, offering high school and post-secondary courses in education. It began with three buildings, the girls’ dormitory, the administration building and the boy’s dormitory. These three were soon augmented by a dairy which offered milk delivery to the community, a laundry, a press that did school and commercial work, and an auditorium. In 1965 it was decided to rebuild our campus, but no longer as a boarding school. In 1968 we officially became a day school. In 1986 Lodi SDA Elementary moved their school from Garfield Street to the Lodi Academy campus. This created what we have now, one large campus with separate schools offering elementary and middle school K-8 and highschool 9-12.
